Race, gender, disability, etc are considered a "protected class". However, the laws that determine who is in a protected class have changed! Once a legal case is filed, it becomes public records as to who the case is between. This isn't a criminal case that requires secrecy. What has happened to this customer has happened to the business owner as well. He has suffered harassment from the alphabet community. I had an important specialist Medical appointment and I called several weeks in advance to book the ride by a company that gives rides to disabled senior citizens but I was refused a ride because of my Guide Dog Wendy , I took them to the Human rights Commission and they took the side of the ride company even though it was illegal for the ride company to refuse me a ride due to my Guide Dog ! I had to wait 6 more months to go to my specialist medical appointment !! I will NEVER trust the Human rights Commission again !!! 🤬
