I agree. People have been surprised that he's from eastern Kentucky. After that horrible flooding in eastern Kentucky in summer 2022 Chris got some other eastern KY singers , Patty Loveless, Ricky Skaggs, Dwight Yoakum, and others to Rupp Arena for a concert. I think they raised over 2 million dollars for the people that suffered the flooding. That was great that they did that.

I obviously haven’t seen all the anthems, but that one was pretty great!!! Whenever I hear the national anthem at a big event, and it’s done well like Chris did, I get goosebumps, and it makes me proud to be an American!!!
