Have the original note air 2. Absolutely wonderful for all my notes, and somehow text is as sharp as my oasis 2 despite the lower PPI

How do you carry your pen?

I hope they include tilt detection for the stylus in the next iteration, more pressure level & 240 Hz Sampling Rate. Also, we really need accessibility to repair and change the battery. Onyx should sell the same battery for all their device, maybe include 2 of the same batteries in bigger devices. Otherwise, we will have problems in some years with this devices.

I think the labels added to the notes app icons (mentioned at 7:25) are due to an updated software version that is also available for older generations. I just updated my first generation Note Air (from v3.2 to v3.2.2 iirc) and those same labels appeared.

Correct, a lot of the things in terms of the UI elements or operating system can be carried over via OTA updates

Based on this video I bit the bullet and bought the Onyx Boox Note Air 2 Plus instead of the new Boyue Meebook P10 Pro, fingers crossed I made the right choice.

I got a notification from Honey the next day, saying at on the 27th aest there was a price drop, I was like, what event is the 27th? Black friday in america... damnit!. How is "Green" and 'upgrade' over "Blue"? Also, there absolutely is a way to measure the magnetic strength of the pen attachment this is just a lazy excuse instead of just not saying it, or saying it feels the same/better/worse. Yes, there are real ways to show the battery, or at least the battery life. Perhaps by testing it, rather than just reading the spec sheet. Wow. So much time on the colour. And the difference between what the box says vs. what's on the website. Which of the icon's were confusing on the original generation? How often do you think we're going to forget what they do?

Note Air 2 user. I dont think it's worth the upgrade. Im seeing the battery as the only better thing about it. Software wise, the upgrades are nt rly a big thing.

I just got mine so I can't get over them selling me a now deprecated device a week before giving a magnetic case. That's what hurts. I hate the Note Air 2 case. I don't care about the battery but the case is a huge deal for me.

Just got one. The screen technology is easy on the eyes, but for me that's negated by the blurry text. I'll give it a few days to get accustomed to it, but I'm leaning toward returning the device.

Is that possible you to compare with screen characteristic of onyx leaf and note air 2 plus? one of the main reason to use e-book machine is readability and make comfort for eyes while reading. I'd like to know compare screen for leaf/note air 2 plus without backlights. in my opinion, among onyx brand, leaf has the best screen to read with comfort eyes. (without backlights)

It would be perfect if there is a model with 3700mAh and reduced 1mm thickness by removing the backlight layer. As I learned from the designer's webpage, the backlight adds 1mm. It would be stunning to have a 4.7mm tablet

It's the same price as the Note Air 2 which I only just bought 2 weeks ago and I paid $USD499 for it. Now they've slashed $20 off the price of the Note Air 2 as opposed to the Note Air 2 Plus.
