A few things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing hair ties because it leds to tension breakage. Hi I let my fenugreek sit for 3-4 days then I shake it put 5 drops of eucalyptus n sit it the fridge. I do not pour the seeds. The stay in glass container until all fenugreek liquid is used up. You can see the difference in the first use I let the fenugreek sit for 2-3 days now. you must have enough water in your jar so the separation of water and fenugreek seeds or ground seeds can be seen I have a seed grinder. All I have a big jar gallon side. After blending my fenugreek many many times. To break down the seeds the heat from blending will melt the seeds n powder to a smooth consistency. Every 3 days I spray the fenugreek water on my hair then I put aloe Vera gel that I shave the gel off into a container I do not blend. I then strain. I'm using it like, soak overnight, then blend the seeds and water mixed with aloe vera gel. Mask my hair for the whole day, or over nite, not less than one hour. It is not dangerous. Then I wash, no shampoo. It's four months now and I won't try anything because my hair is soft, I mean very soft. No falling, no knotting, not need to rush for moisturisers because it does on its own. You can moisturise at your own time. I do so the following day when it's completely naturally dried. I can plait two bulbs after having very damaged short hair. The volume is back to where I know my kind of hair. Fantastic Two tbsp and two cups water. Some of the water I drink the following morning, try this it works!

I like masking my hair for longer periods, the longest I do sometimes it morning to the next day, depending on free time I've got.. Three spons of seeds in 1 liter of water, most of the water I drink, very healthy and you never get hungry. I don't use moisturiser immediately, I can stay days without my hair tangling. Sorry for replying late. You just need the water to be above the seeds because once the fenugreek seeds absorb water, they will definitely double in size. There is no really a specific measurement.

Yes you can use any type of shampoo you have on hand and then spray the fenugreek water on the wet hair after washing. If you like, leave the fenugreek water overnight and then rinse it out or rinse it out with just ordinary water after 2 hours; it will still work that way. If you are going to rinse your hair with a strong shampoo, leave the product a bit longer on the scalp before applying your shampoo so that the scalp will have enough time to absorb it and do it function.
