Great video. Fantastic attention to detail and I love the improvements. As a youngster growing up my dad owned an Opel Senator. Very rare cars in the UK. I remember it well. Everything from the awesome straight six sound to the pneumatic controlled ventilation system. Thanks for keeping a Monza on the road and enjoy.👍

kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpS9oZJ_pdF5mqM I am working on that car now recently and it needs only the exhaust connected from the engine to the original Monza exhaust system this is a original Holden v8 engine with a chip tunes (its around 180kw and 400nm of torque) it pretty quick i did some some 24V conversions in the past but this V8 is much more powerfull its a pleasure to drive.

@@monzagse it was impossible here in holland too so i went to Australia home of the Holden v8,s and i got me a VR Commodore in 2010 and drove that V8 for 8000km trough australia (it saw the outback and the sydney harbour bridge and melbourne CBD with me as driver and much more) then i decited i take that engine home with me and i took it out of the car and send it to holland and overhere i put it back in a Monza but now its a left hand drive vs right hand drive. A inline 6 from a Opel in CIH form sounds cool but nothing sounds better then a Holden v8 there fire order is diffent then chev or ford or dodge,so they sound diffent its not a powerhouse with 250hp and 400nm but its all in the low end ,the engine responds directly to a micro movement of the pedal much diffent then the inline 6 who has all it torque and power in the high rpm..
