Awesome session!! Was really tough too, I was very bad at 2 of the aasans, but still it was so rewarding. I have been following your 2.0 series - repeating each session for 2-3 days, then moving on to the next one. Am now planning to stay with this one until I become better - at least 8-10 days I think. Thank you so so much!
