നല്ല അടുക്കും ചിട്ടയും ഉള്ളവർക്ക് ഓപ്പൺ കിച്ചൺ നല്ലതാണ്.... അല്ലാത്തവർ അതിന് മുതിരാതിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത്... ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് സുജിത് ഭക്തന്റെ ഓപ്പൺ കിച്ചൺ... അവരുടെ പഴയവീടിന്റെ കിച്ചൺ കണ്ടാൽ അറിയാമായിരുന്നു... അവർക്ക് അടുക്കി പെറുക്കൽ അത്ര ശീലമില്ലെന്ന്... ഒറ്റമാസം കൊണ്ട് പുതിയ ഫ്ലാറ്റിലെ കിച്ചൺ വലിച്ചു വാരി ഇട്ടു....

എപ്പോഴും neat ആക്കി ഇട്ടാൽ മനസ്സിന് തന്നെ ഒരു സുഖമാണ്.എൻ്റെ അമ്മ എന്നോട് പറയാറുണ്ട് ഇവൾക്ക് തിന്നാനും, കുടിക്കാനും ഉള്ളതിനേക്കാൾ പ്രധാനം വീട് വൃത്തിയാക്കുക എന്നതാണ് എന്ന്. വീട് വൃത്തിയാക്കുക എന്നത് ഒരു art ആണ് എന്നാണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.

Whether our kitchen is open or closed, using the chimney correctly can prevent smell issues in both setups. Open kitchen ആയാലും closed kitchen ആയാലും smell issues ഉണ്ടാവും chimney use ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ 😄. If neighbors have closed kitchen, when they fry fish smell will come to your sitting room😄

വളരെ കൃത്യമായി അനുഭവങ്ങൾ പറയുന്ന(തനിക്കു പറ്റിയ തെറ്റുകൾ മറ്റാർക്കും പറ്റരുത് എന്ന നല്ല മനസുള്ള )ആദ്യത്തെ ആളാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു.100% correct ആണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. വീട്ടിലേക്കു മൊത്തം മണം വരാറുണ്ട്. പലപ്പോഴും വഴക്കു കേൾക്കും സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക്. ഗസ്റ്റ്‌ വന്നാൽ ഇരിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നൊക്കെ പറയും. തീർച്ചയായും ഇങ്ങിനെ ഒരു പരിമിതിയുണ്ട് ഓപ്പൺ കിച്ചന്. വർക്കിംഗ്‌ കിച്ചൻ വേറെ വേണം. ഇത് ഒരു ഷോ പീസ് മാത്രം. അതാണ് എന്റെയും അഭിപ്രായം.

ഏത് type കിച്ചൻ ആയാലും അപ്പുറത്തെ വീട്ടിലെ fry ആക്കുന്ന മണം നമ്മുടെ വീട്ടിലെത്തും. അതുപോലെ തന്നെ തിരിച്ചും. ഏത് തരം kitchen ആയാലും നല്ലൊരു chimney ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ cooking smell issues ന് പരിഹാരമാണ്. Chimney ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ closed കിച്ചണിൽ നിന്നും മണം മൊത്തം വീട്ടിൽ പരക്കും 😊
