worked on my radiomaster tx16s... my custom background was undersized and was glitchy on right side of display... so i resaved the image exactly as 480 x 272 and works perfect. Thx TMac

Thanks, great stuff! Can you figure out, and share, how we get those great telemetry screens, like on the jumper box? Yaapu with Lua scripts? I’m so confused!

Yapuu lua works with pixhawk and you need a decoder that transmit to the radio the telemetry, in the case of Inav you can download and install the lua, and can be use with crossfire and frsky in my case and track you vehicle on your phone and find you lost quad too if you have gps installed in you vehicle. remember you need a rx with telemetry, the xm+ only give you rssi. crossfire installed in a uart as a serial rx will give you full telemetry.

@@maxun1 many thanks for the reply. i use the R-XSR receiver so my transmitter does get telemetry. i did just pick up a couple of GPS chips that i plan to install, but even without shouldn't the jumper be able to display a bunch of the info even if we don't have a pixhawk? or are there any similar beautiful displays to show what a default FC would output via the smartport? thanks!

@@garygarland9366 the fc send via smarport all telemetry, I use the omnibus f4 but you need to hack the fc with a resistor and s5 and s6 to send from the fc to the rx smartport the info, witch will be reflected in the T16 Inav lua.

I can't get Sleep or Shutodwn BMP images to change... if I change them and save themas BMPs of the same canvas size, they won't appear. Are there any other images you can change? Also themain pages Widget Layout screen setup drives me crazy, I have no idea how to configure it...

@@TMacFPV I see what you were referring to about the background image. However, there doesn't seem to be a "Splash" image in the Images folder on the SD card. If I deleted my custom Splash image , would it revert back to the original Open TX splash screen?

Ah, I understand. Yes, I believe it would since it is actually hard-coded into the program itself (I believe the purpose was to prevent folks from accidentally deleting it). So, there was no original "Splash" image in the SD card folders. That's why you didn't see it

Since you have been flying a few of the nightly OpenTx builds, how far off do you think a stable release is?

Latest I've heard from an OpenTX Dev working it (as of Monday, No 11th), they have 2 major things left to incorporate and it's not within "weeks" of being done. The stuff they're doing though is incredible and will be very much worth the wait!

@@crossfpv888 I do not understand your question. It's a color screen, the text colors are in RGB code. So for example, if you want a bright green, just search in Google for bright green RGB and it will give you the RGB code for it. You can download the Jumper T16 manual I believe from the JumperXYZ site which may have further info you're looking for

Hey Big Willie! Thanks mate! 1. You can use that same resizeimage.net I demonstrate in the video to upload a JPG image and click on PNG toward bottom of screen before you resize it. It will then download as a PNG image. 2. There are different applications that you can use to remove a background from an image or make it transparent. I just used PowerPoint on my logo to remove the background which it was on then just saved the remaining image as PNG. When I uploaded to SD card and turned on TX, the only thing which displayed was my logo. Hope that helps friend😀

Can someone please tell me how many channel output does this radio has (not just channels which i know are 16) if i were to put any 32 channel module, would they work or would they be just limited to 16 ch, i m also new to the hobby.
