About He is famous for having an unusually wide vocal range and his ability to sing in more than fifteen languages. Dimash was born Dinmukhammed Kanatuly Kudaibergen in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan on the 24th of May, 1994. When he was only five years old, Dimash began taking vocal and piano lessons at the children's section of the Akhmet Zhubanov Music College. He continued his training throughout his school years and eventually attended the music institute of K. Zhubanov University. He graduated in 2014 with a classical music degree centred on vocal ability. He continued his musical education by studying contemporary music Kazakh National University of Arts in Astana. He successfully received a Master's degree in Composition and was even recommended for the PhD program. Throughout his time at university, Dimash entered four major singing competitions in Kazakhstan. He won the National Zhas Kanat Contest with a perfect score of 180 out of 180, which was unprecedented in the competition's history. In December 2014, he was awarded a laureate of the State Youth Prize Daryn. He released his first album in China the same year, and it went platinum in thirty-seven seconds! Vocal range and style His sung range expands 6 octaves and 2 semitones, from C2 to C6 to F♯6 and, finally, D8. Occupation Singer-songwritermulti-instrumentalist Genres Classical crossoverpopfolkclassicalworldoperatic pop I cant say he is best singer in the world because answer will be subjective anyway thats question like which one is better Vincent van Gogh or Leonardo da Vinci but as amateur vocalist I can say technicially he is best vocalist who is still living in the planet not just because of he has amazing range but he mastered at every register and technics especially his flageolet register(his soprano falsetto voice) also his whistle register better then any male singer then I ever heard and his mix register technic incredible and he mastered at belt canto technics at level of opera singers

It's hard to explain, but seeing and hearing a musical prodigy, seeing him work so hard and intensely and grow as an independent artist, conquering the world, all alone, without the help of the big producers in the music industry and the international mainstream media, to the point to change the traditional limits of music and create new possibilities to create new arts that touch the souls of millions of people is extraordinary! He gives us hope for our world. And everything becomes more special, because he is a humble, simple artist, respectful of everyone and with a heart full of love. The feeling it awakens in the audience is what makes Dimash special! He has a unique ability to hold your heart and soul, in his hands, with his voice that has a beautiful trend of vulnerability and power! When Dimash sings, he becomes the music itself!

Jiffyyoyo Dimash has proven beyond doubt that he is the real deal, as for vitas I’m not convinced ‘yet’, so far no videos or explanations I’ve seen manage to clear my doubts. See these super rare clips of his real voice, very mediocre voice, so-do high notes, only sound better at the end after some editing. How could this kind of ‘meh’ voice suddenly able to sing like an electric guitar in songs like opera 2 and dedication is beyond me. It’s like Mr Bean suddenly look like Tom Cruise without plastic surgery, mission impossible! Anyway, just ranting whenever I see people believe vitas actually sings those high notes without computer help, don’t mind me. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aH6bd6hno96ga7M kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZqSpo5eLZaupb6M

Jiffyyoyo someone sent me this video to prove that vitas was singing live, but again it wasn’t! So disappointed! kzbin.info/www/bejne/kKLOmIKNlqp9aLM so many parts of it showing that he was lip syncing again. Here are time stamps where the voice started when the mic is away or before he even opened his mouth 0:16, 0:24, 1:03, 2:18, 3:32, 3:57. And at 1:24 the opposite happens, he put the mic to his mouth and opened his mouth too soon before the voice started. Also, this KZbinr explains the possible tricks vitas is using. At the end of the video u can clearly hear two voices, he was singing two octaves lower while the speakers just played the recorded sound track. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o32Uf4t-l5akpLs

Dimash is by far an extrodinary and gifted singer, a prodigy that comes out of nowhere and takes our breath away... His voice agility and range from a C2 thru D8 surpasses any singer that is currently out there. As a 6 octave vocal range he is the maestro of his vocal chords and as a pianist who wishes to hit any particular note, so can Dimash. Superb!!! And Out Of This World!!!🎶🎶🎶

I sailed = \ I'm an adult brutal a man with every song of his crying like a child! Atheist himself, but if there is a god or Allah I am grateful to him for the fact that I live at the same time with this man. He just tears the soul to pieces !!! Hehehehehe. It reminds me of the song from the movie 5th Element :-)... I'm bac... OMG... I keep rewatching ur expressions on the last runs... chit... hhhhhh... OMG. I appreciate your humility. As a professional you were still able to immerse yourself into someone else’s music and enjoy it while giving commentary. Even more, I appreciate your breakdown of the piece. Even a novice vocalist can appreciate the way you mentioned that Dimash closed his vocal folds and used less air to produce a higher tone instead of saying, “Here he hit a D6,” etc. Very fundamental and useful commentary. Thank you.

Thank you for reacting to Dimash. And wow an opera singer. What a coincidence. Dimash has been classically trained for almost 20 years now. He graduated from the University of Arts majoring singing. He keeps on practising even until now. So you are right... hours... in fact, years of practice. He has shown a range of 6 octaves (he still has more up his sleeves... since he has proven time and time again that he's an unpredictable singer). Please react more to Dimash. @Clark Kent from what I can understand that was a conscious choice as he wants to use his extraordinary skill to make lots of money for a long time. No one would question the ability, skill, training and technicality of classical opera singers, yet it's so competitive and there's very few careers available, meanwhile technique-less hacks incessantly make fortunes in pop. He's proper smart wanting to take the best from both worlds, even if it means on compromising on the specific technique you're referring to. Do you genuinely think he couldn't sing loudly if he wanted to? I can't but think he's making the choice to merticulously be over-careful of his most precious asset. This is consistent with his perfectionism in all areas of using his voice. Further have you heard him play the dombra?
@roseofsharon2523
@roseofsharon2523 5 жыл бұрын
@Clark Kent If one says Dimash cannot sing opera due to inability to amplify, I'd have doubts because he was offered a position with Astana Opera House which he turned down. He has also sung an aria 'Notre Dame de Paris' with Sundet Baigozhin who was a principal soloist with Astana Opera and is now soloist with Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, one of the top opera houses in Europe. No way would someone of Sundet Baigozhin's calibre sing with a mere 'pop singer'. And yes, they sang the aria onstage with no microphones.

Yes!! Dimash is breathtaking, and it only gets better from here. He's got so many tricks up his sleeve. His vocal range is C2 to D8 I believe. I'm sure other people will leave recommendations but my favourite performances of his are Late Autumn, Give Me Love and Hello. There's also a compilation called Times When Dimash Had Fun With His Voice if you want to check that out, that would be interesting.
@ubervocal8777
@ubervocal8777 5 жыл бұрын
His range as shown in youtube performance only goes down to F2. There was a comment by vocal coach Emre Yuclen that he went lower in "Sinful Passion" but he corrected himself a little later that it was just an F2. Dimash's lower register is darker with more resonance now and that makes it sound lower. In practice, Dimash will almost certainly down to C2 and probably up beyond D8 because that's how you ensure that the range that you show the world is reliable and of the highest quality. As Dimash ages he will likely add to the lower part of his range and I certainly hope he shares it with us.

You are right when you said he's more comfortable when he's doing headvoice in the high register. Like you said what is crazy about this is that not only he has so many textures and timbers to his voice which unbelievable but he masters them all, like he's great female opera singer, a great male, Opera singer, a pop/R&B singer, a rock singer Just wow Welcome to Dimash world

no. He is not more comfortable in a register where the larynx is tensing up his neck ffs. It may be easier for him if his lower notes are badly positioned and because of this tense up, but other than that, for a male to be comfortable in a range where it is unnatural to sing, regardless of how many octaves of range you have, is bullshit.

Thank you, super reaction. Dimash is truly amazing and I really enjoyed your commentary. He's promoting his new song The Love of Tired Swans performed at the Kremlin. Please react to it and the video is available on his official YT channel. DimashUSA Fan Club.
