Excellent video. If N scale was of this quality when I was starting in HO in 1965, I might have gone that route. However, older age along with the associated eyesight issues keeps me in HO. Can't beat the hobby.

Was there anything keeping you from using the NCE dcc system? Looking at buying a PowerCab system for my basement layout.

Not really. Digitrax was cheaper and had more features. NCE is probably a higher quality build.
