Chandel ji..you shod not have recommended or encouraged buying flats in this scheme as the prices a lot more exorbitant..anyone can directly buy from open market at this price...Don't know "why this time you are not able to highlight that truth ..like you do or have done in other videos"?

If you have that much amount, you can buy anytime it's not like any opportunity. Overpriced hai LIG ki income ka idea bhi hai these prices are way beyond from their income group

Faridabad has the best stategic location...it falls between Gurugram and Noida and 20 mins from both places once FNG is completed and Faridabad-Gurguon metro is ready!

Old flats bhi itne zyada rate pe sell kar rahi hai authority. Authority Market rate increase kar rahi hai taaki sab log private builders ki taraf jaaye.

Correct hai abhi atleast genuine buyer ko mana karna chahiye until and unless unki income 50 lacs se jayada na ho. Nahi to bechare loan hi chukate rahenge zindagi bhar aur trap me phas jayenge. Please whoever agree please post it on other videos to safe people
