Buying a figure and realizing that the joints are next to impossible to move without having to heat them up is not something fans would appreciate, I guess a little bit more attention to quality control would make figures like this one more desirable, nothing worse than breaking a brand new figure you just bought, online or in stores, it's just really frustrating! And some of these figures are for adults, so you expect your figures to be more advanced and have better quality in them, and not break when you're trying to pose them in any fashion, nobody wants that. i run a little bit of hot water under the stuck joints, you need to run it all around the joint but be carefull to not use boiling hot water, just medium hot. when i get a new neca turtle , its really a matter of luck i guess if you tried this as well but i honestly have gotten all 10 cartoon series figures that are out atm, each had A joint stuck, and the warm water trick worked each and everytime but its a matter of feeling it out and slow applying enough pressure in the right places close to the joints to get them unstuck, but once they were moving, they arent stuck anymore as it most of the time just left over paint on the joints

It really shouldn't be a matter of luck though and their constant need to do this kinda stuff for their figures is terrible

I repainted my slash Archie comics style. Love this figure. I’ve never had any QC problems with any of my Neca turtles. I always heat my joints up when I open a new figure though. I think a lot of collectors that have problems probably don’t. If I have a problem the joints still being tight I just sand them down with a dremel or boil the figure.

But you shouldn't have to do that. So yeah you still have the problem, you just address it. Which I don't geek should even happen

@optibotimus I just take it as a normal procedure with any new figure. Part of the process lol. It’s probably their plastic or something i don’t know

I never had to much problems with Neca unlike Hasbro with their Marvel legends but everyone has their own problems. I never had to heat their figures to much now I do have this guy in my POL on BBTS so I can't speak on this guy yet but be careful with any figure from any company and if you don't like thin stop buying from the company. I forgot to say the QC on diamond select toys and DC collectables are pretty bad I have more figures broken and had to heat up good thing I ordered the all of them from BBTS.

Not only do they break so easily, you never ever see them in stores, their distribution is garbage, but they do look really good...in the package which is a shame.

Distribution i can't really speak too much about cause i don't know how that works with them specifically. But the rest of the stuff, i know too much about it and i KNOW they're just being cheap

I got a neca cherno alpha and some parts wasn't painted wen they should have been and some parts are really disfigured

I have some issues with the shoulders & elbows. Other than that, I'm glad that I have a Slash figure.

I got this figure recently too! Its awesome but i had to blowdry warm up the joins they were so stiff

It's not your bluntness, i was very kind when i complained to them about the Balrog, the Predator and Kratos figures, they never respond. I e-mailed them a total of eight times about my Balrog many years ago, not a single response.

I've heard many stories of NECA products breaking, which what put me off from buying any of their products. Until last year when I bought a Godzilla Figure from the new movie, which thankfully has not broken on me (for now) I'm still hesitant to buy any more
