One difference i know of is that when the letters face inside it gives you more grip when you remove the plates, basically using 4 fingers and when it faces out you use only your thumbs to support the weight. nothing significant though. love the collab, hilarious and informative as usual. Mr. Spice always comes up with new exercise variations 🐴🐔
