You are truly amazing! Just learned - in this video - that on top of being a great mom to 2 very young boys, a popular youtuber, a wife. a professional organizer, you also have a very demanding job! I am speechless! DO you ever sleep?!

1st: love that a time saving video is only 3 minutes and 56 seconds long! Thanks for that! Clearly you know what you are talking about. You'd be amazed at how many "time saver" videos are like 47 minutes - no way. I don't have that kind of time... nice work.

Thanks Kathryn -your tips and advice have really changed the work habits of young women in Austria. It has helped our Work Studies planning. We now know to clean the loo before dinner prepping.

I like the part on categorizing the things to do into three main lists and not blending them together. This helps immensely with prioritizing. Separate lists!!! That is fabulous. I used to have one list I put everything on. Now I got five. You are inspiring!

Excellent tips! I really like the timer method so you don't get so involved in the task that you lose track of time and not accomplish other priorities on the list or end up being late for an appointment. Also, breaking a task down into a segment of time seems less intimidating and very doable, especially when certain tasks are huge and overwhelming. (like my garage - hahaha) Love these helpful hints videos! Thanks for sharing your insights!

I LOVE the idea of categorizing the "to do" list and limiting it to seven items per day. What a great idea! Thank you!!! I've also just started using the 30/30 APP! Have you heard of it? It's free! It keeps you from getting bogged down on one task. You set timers for each task to keep you moving. So I might set a timer for 30 minutes to straighten my bedroom, 1 hour for doing grad school work, 30 minutes for meal prep, etc. The timers then go off and I know to move to the next task. It helps me plan my use of time more efficiently, too.
