I love doing the twist while bending and straightening my leg. I even get accompaniment from the percussion section in my lower back.

Theee are such great exercises! I would like to have more organized OS specific routines that I can and will do daily. There are so many amazing exercises, I keep getting distracted with the variety and forget what I need to stay with for a season of time! I love the rocking, but even that One I can forget about it as I move on to other ones I come across . I’d like to figure out a good Routine and stick with that routine for a while to see if I can make good progress with my hip/ glutes/hamstring area. 🙏

Thank you for another great Lesson. I do that stuff you show in the channel now for some time and it really opened my eyes about the body and what it really needs. I always wondered what you mean with that "feels good" at the exercises but when I did them, I realized what it means. I was able to mobilize and get rid of blockades caused by Stress and not enough movement, which is a big relief. And I can hardly believe how effective and helpful those movements are until I force myself to do them. Have a good one and stay away from trouble!

I really appreciate your work. One thinig I have been experimenting with is massaging my neck with my head and my torso with my elbows, it tends to improve all exploratory/restorative stretching/overcoming resistance in central nervous system. You might like it :)

I’ve been trying to picture this and all I can come up with is that you are Gumby or Plastic Man. You must have some great mobility!

Hi Tim. What movements would you recommend for keeping finger extensors strong? The only things I could find were rubber band excersises.
@OriginalStrengthSystem4 жыл бұрын
This could help, especially if you apply eccentric contraction or resist the joint by joint flexion exercise I show in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYPVkmCQmbaCb5I Another tip John Brookfield showed me (World Record Grip Strength Authority) is to open and close your fist as fast as you can for as long as you can. Fries the extensors. But also strengthens them. I hope this helps some!

I was thinking this video would go well With your video on the glute medius ( if I remember the muscle correctly). I often have pain in the lower back/hip/IT band
