Would love a video on how to best sit when reading and writing because as a teacher, thise are my main acticities and ny head gets tired of always looking down even with a standing desk

One more thing. Is it bad to sit on just one bum like you showed at the end? Just curious

No. Sitting and learning how to be on the floor is actually good for us. We want to have the ability to move anywhere with ease. So all positions can be great. We just don't want to live in those positions. We are better to move into and out of, to visit, positions and not live in them for hours. - UNLESS we are in certain positions that are conducive to health, like meditational positions. If the body is in proper alignment and free of stress, it can remain in positions for quite some time because it is at ease and all "systems" are operating properly. I hope this makes a little sense.
