Thank you for showing both sides. Very instructional. Some only show one side but I feel it's good to follow along completely to learn.

I've done a LOT of OS .. Workshops, all the books and lots of practice. This is the best thing I've learned for my needs in 5 years of practicing OS. THANK YOU!

@@OriginalStrengthSystem lol, you must be kidding. Do you want me to point out how many parts of my life you have improved by sharing your knowledge since 2017? Improved labor safety by stabilization and vestibular reset, improved combat sports performance, improved posture and breathing, reduced back and neck pain at night, improved weight training and calisthenics performance, improved s3xlife. And this man's thanking me for making a joke. I really really appreciate what you're doing here. Just as mentioned, you're a hero.

Excellent video, these rocking movements are coming in very handy as I've been home sick with covid the past few days and they allow me to loosen up when I come out of bed without being to hard on the system

This is amazing! If I keep going with the internal rotation, it actually feels like a great release for my IT band. It would be great to get you up to Toronto to teach OS and to take a Systema class with my instructor.

This is amazing. Just tried it today and it‘s like medicine for my hip post impingement surgery. Question: There are so many variations of crawling, rocking, … do you have some guidance for a state of the art routine at the moment?
@OriginalStrengthSystem2 жыл бұрын
So glad this helpful for your hip! That’s awesome. State of the art routine? Not really. I fairly much just stick to the basics myself. Rocking is always good to me. Crawling on the hands and knees always feels wonderful to me and does me good. I do leopard crawl also. But I like how it feels. Which brings us to this video, I like how this one feels. So, you can’t go wrong with regular rocking and crawling, then throw in some movements that feel good to. Maybe?
