Thanks Tim, just waking up on the west coast. Always good to listen to your thoughts, I will try today in spite of it looking weird💪 You kind of reminded me of Bob Ross today, happy little infinity circle here and just another little one there…

I like Bob Ross!

I've been combining the infinity circles with a lunge walk. Really kicks the grey matter into gear trying to coordinate everything.

To quote a famous person- To infinite and beyond. The different vectors for me are a special sauce. Thanks.

Amazing! My low back popped trying this out. This was a huge blessing on a very sluggish morning. Thanks for this!

Reminds me of Mark Wildman's mace training movements. Thank you for another easy thing to incorporate into my wakeup routine!

Great video Mr. Anderson. Thanks for sharing. My movie recommendation this week is Blue Velvet. A very dark, disturbing film about kidnapping and murder. Let me know what you think.

Haven’t heard of that! I have really been enjoying the shogun show on Hulu

Do rope flow and this is kinda built in.
@OriginalStrengthSystem6 ай бұрын
It is, kinda, but so very different also

Ropeflow gives you advanced agility and athleticism. It’s the most powerful modality I’ve ever encountered.

Agreed! As a personal trainer for the last 35 years (masters in kinesiology), and a nurse, and with 40 years of martial arts experience (including boxing, wrestling, and mma), those movements are all built into rope flow.

So... Have you ever tried rope flow? It's those movements on crack
@OriginalStrengthSystem6 ай бұрын
I have. I prefer the movements without the ropes. I can explore them more.
