What a lot of people forget is that he actually retired some 5 years before his death, due to injury. In the wrestling industry, you actually reach your prime around 33-39 years old, depending on the wrestler, thats when a lot of the big superstars get their big push. So we never really got to see him in his prime and at his very best, the legend he is, wasn't even the best he could have been.

Ha ha my first memory of him when he wore an underpants with an image of Miss Elizabeth on it. My dad watched with 7 year old me and my 6 year old brother. We found it funny and my dad had a shocked look on his face, luckily he didn’t need to explain to us why Randy Macho man savage went apeshit. My brother and I laughed but my dad shook his head. Showed this to my mom years later. She was like oh that is so wrong!
