I absolutely love this! I think I have basically recreated it, but it isn’t as spot on as yours. Of course there will be variances. I do have one, maybe two questions for you. Did you use any Rests in your sequence? Also, this one is not as important based on the settings, but did you happen to use any accents..? Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful ambient track!!
@ClausGahrn Жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! The sequence contains two rests, but not any accents. :)

@@ClausGahrn Thank you for replying quickly! I knew there were not any accents, but I thought I should ask anyway. I have gotten really close to recreating it! Obviously it is not as good as your version, but at least it has the same sound and texture. I made the mistake of adding six rests, which isn't bad, considering. However, the problem with that is when it randomly picks three rests in a row. I absolutely love this as well as the rest of your material! I hope you keep posting. I have the Mother-32, DFAM, Subharmonicon, Werkstatt, and Mavis. I was thinking about getting some modules to use with it soon.

Did not get these slow, interleaving swells like yours, which almost sound like a chord. Can you give us pointers about the Sequencer and the reverb settings?
@destress77303 жыл бұрын
You need to control the envelope so it has a long attack and slow decay. You do this by using the VC mix after patching. You will get the swells you want then.

my setup is: the M32's TS 1/4 audio out (on the back) into my audio interface, with a track in my DAW recording in from the correct channel. From there it is just regular audio recorded in your DAW and you can put on any effects as normal
