Osmanthus Mung Bean Cake, easy recipe, low in fat and sugar

Mung bean cake is a traditional Chinese dessert in summer, very easy to make with simple ingredients.

60g sugar
1tbsp (2g) dried osmanthus
150ml water
20g unsalted butter
