I love that this one is just made out of beans! So much healthier than the original mooncake. I'm defintitely trying this recipe, thank you! I'm in the search to buy those pretty mooncake molds :)

like others have mentioned this isn't mooncake but mung bean cake. Totally different texture and flavor. Tho they do share the same filling! Both delicious.

Ya I totally agree! It's delicious. It's not exactly mooncake but if you use the mooncake mold it would look the same (and it has the same filling!).

i used 50g mould and it is a good size. 25g one will be too tiny for this, but would be ok if no fillings.
