I totally agree they need a bluegill, I live in Ohio and fish a lot of lakes and ponds that the main source of food for bass is bluegill

They need to bring back the Purple-back chartreuse that they offered in the Dt-7. These cracks are awesome! But the purple/chartreuse was huge for me, Slim,Tiny, and Rocco all need to have Purple/Chartreuse

I have been using these lures for the past year, and they are some of my all time favorite lures. Great colors and overall design. I have caught many bass and pike with these, especially with the classic crawdad color (shown at 3:55). Mine have been beat up by the pike, leaving tooth marks everywhere. Thank you Otto!

I haven’t been as lucky at getting them but I have finally put three in my tackle line-up and plan on putting them to use everyday I’m on the water. I will eventually get my hands on more as they become more available.

I believe my next 3 colors will be citrus shad green gizzard shad and big shad, just got the hot copper green shad in slim and the ONLY color of tiny they had in the store was the classic craw

I've noticed that your new signature bait the OG slim has the same body as the Old Rapala dt flat 3 . It looks like they brought back the DT flat 3 but with a different bill. On the OG slim it has a rounded circuit board bill and on the original DT flat 3 it was a coffin Square bill.

Hey Ott: Congrats on your new bait with Rapala. With this bait being balsa and flat sided I have two questions for ya. 1st: What situations do you prefer a balsa vs a plastic hard bait and vice versa? 2nd: when is a flat side bait a better option than a fat one and vise versa? I truly always prefer the action of balsa. Now in clear water and I want a translucent bait I have to go with plastic. We cant make balsa see through 😂. For flat VS round, the single largest factor to me is water temp. Below 60 I always go to flat. Above that I usually go round with the exception being a really tough bite then I’ll go back to flat sides. Seems they will produce at times then. Just my $.02

They are best in cooler water temps, under 60 degrees but they will work in a lot of situations.

Well I went to BPS tonight to get some OG Slims but they didn't have them and said that they have yet to receive any of them and don't know when they might get them. Crazy!! But I did come home with a few DT 6's!!

Most of the buy now are asking anywhere from 25$ to $27 for those Square bills I got mine at academy 2 weeks ago with a 20% off coupon for $8 a piece. Very nice bait but it is not a new bait it has the same body as the older Rapala DT flat 3 the only thing different is the bill.
