Some of you guys need to relax. We're gonna be fine. Venables promised to build an elite defense and he's done that. He just hired a very talented young OC to help get our offense right, and he's more than likely bringing a stud QB with him. We were missing all our best receivers and our O Line wasn't ready. That shouldn't be the case next year. We're much closer to being a really good team than people think. Brent knows he's made some mistakes, and he's gonna fix it, so just let him do his job, and we'll be killers soon enough.

Most Sooner fans are optimists. However, objectively they have to be a bit concerned after going 2-6 in OU's Year1 in the SEC. OU's 2025 recruiting class is only ranked #16 nationally and is the 10th-best 2025 recruiting class in the 16-team SEC. How is OU going to be in the top 4 of the SEC when 9 other SEC schools are recruiting better than OU? 🤔 🤷‍♂️

@@Syre_Mesabecause one year of bad o line play after 10+ of good play doesn’t justify a firing. Demarco has already cost us talent in transfers and decommits because of how he poorly manages the RB room. Tawee walker and Marcus major prime examples. This year X rob was clearly the best and saw the field hardly at all. I’m on the fence with Joe Jon but bedenbaugh absolutely deserves a chance to get this right next season.
