@@johnwiggins3950 still tough! Had a lot of equipment repairs during peak season, 3 trucks out of commission, and being overwhelmed trying to balance production and sales. So i still need to get an admin for my office. On the bright side, I’m about to pay off my skidsteer early to free up $2200 a month and then pay off my stump grinder early. We are turning a profit now but it’s not where I’d like it to be so I’m going to be examining what changes i need to make moving forward gearing up for 2025
