Quick tip if u want to get the wheel seal out without messing it up(also quicker) is pull the outer wheel bearing out, install nut back on a few threads then yank the rotor down and towards you. The inner bearing and wheel seal will catch on the nut and your done.

So basically, find out the diameter of the two header openings on the original exhaust manifold, and calculate them like the surface area of two circles, then add the two sums, as this is your choke (or pinch) point. Next calculate the surface area of a 2" circle, for the opening size of your collector. Whichever one is greater is (generally) going to produce more flow. This isn't true in your case, as the stock header presents a blowback point just after the exhaust port, hence the need for a "header," which provides a straight entrance to the piping, for the exhaust. However, if the collector is smaller than the original two entrances into the system, your exhaust is not optimized, and that's what you use to determine your back pipe diameter. Just eyeballing it, you should have gone with 2 1/2" or 2 3/4" back pipe, as 2" looks to be about the same total diameter as the original 2 downpipe entrances on the stock header.

Firstly the headers change the power range between RPMs. The 4 into 2 into 1 gives more power mid range in the RPM where the 4 into 1 has more power at higher revs. That misfire may be the distributor, because of wear over time. one of the lobes to open the points probably is not opening the points causing the misfire. Have done more that 210 repairs to know something about misfiring.

210 Dude those headers are nice af those are long tube headers, alot of Subarus do that as well as unequal length headsets. Should help with low end torque if I'm not mistaken. Also makes the car sound so much better lol great job!

To figure out if you're increasing the flow rate, you need to calculate if the opening size of the 2" coupler is greater than the total opening size of the 2 header down pipes...

Straight pipe from factory to the big muffler on the end so chopped it off now getting more pipe added from the last hanger then gonna make it 90 up to add a removable bosozoku exhaust

hey dude, i learmed everything I know about cars and bikes by sheer necessity, we didn't have the internet, just friendly old boys and the library. I'd grind down a cheap flat screwdriver until it is about 3mm thick, then bend the tip for extracting seals from the inside.

Take the putter bearing out then put the bolt back on then jerk the rotor off at an angle and the seal will pop right off

When you want to remove the grease seal on taper bearings pull the front bearing off put the washer and nut back on and yank the rotor off the inner bearing and seal will come out and if need be the seao could be re used

If you have enough grease in your tub I usually just tossed the bearing in flat with some Force to get that grease in the grooves without having to do so much by hand.
