(Wife typing) My boys had a good time squealing when they saw a book that they knew we owned! They also enjoyed squinting and peering to your bookshelf behind and recognizing a few titles there as well! Keep doing what you're doing, Marisa!!!! From one natural living, American-Dutch family to another! We would like to ask for an encore with a Part 2 encore video to come out soon!

Yes. Yes. YES!!!!! My husband and I read a lot of books you mentioned. Dr. Thomas Cowan's book was mind blowing in terms of how much lies we were fed. Health is NOTHING like we've been usually told. We try our best to apply our knowledge and I've never seen my three year old sick other than one fever he slept away. Thanks for sharing this!

I have the first three! If it weren’t for the Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby and Child Care we wouldn’t be doing GAPS. Also love Joel Salatin but the only one of his I own is the Marvelous Pigness of Pigs. Thanks for recommending Becky’s book- it has helped me a lot on this journey! And kudos for filming when the kids were awake! 🥰

Thank you so much!! Haha my kids give up napping super early, and baby is at a stage where he refuses to take naps longer than 10 minutes right now... so I didn't really have a choice :) Haha

I have to thank you for your channel!! Without it I never would of found the GAPS diet when your channel was quite new. I have followed you since and I always come back to re visit your videos. When I first watched your early videos I didn’t realize I was going to NEED the GAPS diet. I’ve recently found out I have an auto immune problem just as I found out I was pregnant with baby number 5 and there was just no way I was taking medication for it. I’m now on the GAPS diet and binge watching all your videos again !! 😂😂 thank you!

Any GAPS stories on completely recovering from diagnosed celiac disease? I know back in the day many people were misdiagnosed with celiacs that weren’t actually and therefore recovered but curious on the real thing.
@BumblebeeApothecary4 жыл бұрын
Great question! Dr. Natasha has experience with people recovering from celiac disease. Here is what she says, "GAPS diet can cure celiac disease and other inflammatory bowel condition, not only manage them. Of course, everybody is different and would take different time to heal. When your digestive symptoms are gone completely and have not been present for six months at least try to make some homemade sourdough pancakes."
