Angel Dust is the big brother who is looking out for his younger siblings. Niffty is the hyperactive child who has an odd obsession with sharp objects and dead things. Vaggie is the tough mum/wife who teaches the others how to be brave and looks out for her wife. Charlie is the sweet mum/wife who is nurturing to her kids and is supportive of her wife. Husk is the grumpy old man who cares deep down. Sir Pentious is the awkward old man who is trying to fit in with the new generation. Alastor is the old man who has a dark side.

Charlie’s methods are akin to a preschool teacher (Viv did say her methods were going to be like this, a bit childish because she’s learning and she still doesn’t know/ doesn’t have a clear idea how to rehabilitate sinners) Plus Charlie’s a bit of a childish character herself That’s what makes her endearing though. The only one who isn’t shown as much in this clip is Alastor (makes sense though he isn’t shown bonding much with the other hotel guests; except for Niffty and Charlie)

The Hazbin Hotel Staff are definitely like a family especially with Alastor kinda acts like a father figure to Niffty in one scene plus I hope Cherri Bomb gets to join the hotel after that battle, maybe one day she'll reunite with Sir Pentious. Overall, this is one cute and chaotic family bond everyone at the hotel has and I can imagine Angel Dust acting like a brother to Charlie and Niffty.☺️💕

I like Hazbin Hotel more than Helluva I think because Charlie’s personality and her attitude towards mercy and redemption and not wanting anyone to die kind of balances out the violence and death in this world.. like, in Helluva Boss like.. there’s so much death and guts and it’s treated like humor most of the time, but Hazbin treats death as something tragic, terrifying, and horrific. And Charlie’s unwillingness to hurt others compared to the cast in Helluva, in my opinion, makes her a character that I find easier to get attached to.
