The first thing that I noticed is the absolute joy and happiness of the children and the dog! If you have ever had a moment's doubt about your decision.....just look at your children's faces...... Nice home, lots of great stuff. You are going to love Boise, I've lived here since 1994 and never regretted it once I moved from So.California. Love the people here, the four full seasons, the fishing, golf, places to ride dirt bikes. I live 5mins for Downtown Boise, the Wife goes to school and works at BSU, we live is a nice neighborhood where everyone waves to you, they even stop by and pet my two Border Collies over our side yard fence as they walk by. Enjoy the ride!!

Welcome to Idaho... just a few tips.. 1. Change your license plates ASAP. That way you won't get the dirty looks by other cars on the road. 2. Avoid telling people you are from California as much as possible. Also to avoid the dirty looks. 3. Newbies always seem to obey the speed limits. Inside joke. While on our interstates don't tailgate and use the right Lane except for passing unless you are doing 85 or above. 4. Order Fry Sauce when ordering french fresh. Enjoy your new beautiful state of Idaho and always remember why you left California so it doesn't become like it.

Please remind the kids that snow isn't great to eat but also lots of snow ends up with so many chemicals in it from the plows that use ice melt/sand/and salt and it gets thrown up in the air and ends up in peoples front yards when they plow. Thanks for sharing :)

We moved last February. My favorite plant that my Nana gave me before she died, died in the move. I was mourning the loss for many months. I haven't bought a plant since because we plan on moving again soon. Be careful on the trampoline in the winter, it breaks down in the cold.

SAVANNA THE TREE MAY NOT BE DIED. The leafs were green and not brown. I think it's stressed. Get a knive and peel back a tiny piece of the bark. If it's green the tree is still alive. I don't know what kind of tree that is but look it up and see what kind of temperature it likes. If you keep the temp warm in your house I think it'll be OK.
