@Rosie Krzywda in most cases. I have a connective tissue disorder that grows rampant endometriosis. I do think that using "talk to your doctor" is the WISEST words anyone offers, because unless someone is a doctor to someone, medical advice can be risky. You are super sweet to say that. Years ago, I was patient with my husband's ''not being ready" until I was about 29, and decided to go off the pill. So I went to the doc for a checkup. The endo was so advanced that I was infertile. Totally. Biggest regret of my life. (In fact twice it threatened my life - like once for cutting off my bladder function! I had three major surgeries.) I know you have 2, but you're young and optimistic and could handle more while you're young and have that energy. Your body has only been healing for 5 months, but on the other hand you wouldn't give birth for nearly a year from now. You know all this. Just - don't avoid the question. Don't avoid thinking about it. Because when you are 35 and CAN'T you will hurt in a way you cannot imagine. Believe me.

I have endometriosis and I'm pregnant after adhesion removal. But already thinking about what to do about future siblings. It is generelly recommended to wait at least a year before getting pregnant again, to restore vitamin and mineral reserves in the body. In any pregnancy severe nausea, gastritis and other issues can occur (as happend in mine), which can make healthy nutrition and keeping prenatals down impossible for a while. This is why it is vital to have full bodily stores for that. Breastfeeding depletes lots of nutrients, so restoring can take longer with that. But it also acts as endo-prevention when done frequently, as it lowers estrogen and prevents the cycle from returning. Otherwise medication can do the same. Waiting longer reduces the risk for premature birth and other complications significantly. In my case, age also factors in, sadly, but my pregnancy is so hard so far, I'm sure I'll have to take a good break after that for my sanity 😅 Wish you good luck with endo as a fellow sufferer. 🍀🐞

Please don't let anyone pressure you into more children. You have to put your health first, endometriosis is nothing to mess with and I can tell you from experience that we were blessed to have our two daughters after several miscarriages, not counting the increased pain due to being off the pill trying for a third and eventually forced to have a hysterectomy at 30 years old. It's your life, your choice and Sarah, Derik, you have been blessed with a gorgeous son and beautiful daughter as is meant to be. Focus on enjoying the blessings you have, only you two and God will know when/if more are in your future. you are all a very sweet family. i don't know exactly how old is Sunny, but that program of sleeping routine is just for babies over 6-8 months, depending on their development.

I loved seeing Sunny after her nap. What a cutie. Her hair was wild. Looking good. Alot of blonde coming in. Such a happy baby.😊

People talk....they ask out of boredom and the high they get from anticipation. Also, so many women have endo and nothing stops them from having children. There's no worse but it might get better with endo regardless of what you've been told, most cases don't get worse with time, it's an autoimmune disorder where your body doesn't recognize that microscopic endometrial cells leave the intended area (during periods) and rest on other organs within the abdominal cavity...some of it can end up behind your cervix, some on fallopian tubes, instead of the body removing it in a natural way, it encases it with a thin coat of membrane cells yet they react to estrogen levels each cycle and can bleed....now that blood has nowhere to escape (we're talking tiny tiny specs unless your case is severe) so it causes pain sometimes...Laser removes it if it causes pain and they warn that surgery can cause lesions that may harden which can block the egg from traveling to the uterus...so, mild or moderate cases rarely if ever have to worry and at your age, estrogen will naturally slowly drop after 25 and the less estrogen, the less you bleed and the less chances of endo flaring up so with age your chances of flare ups go down. Just go on low estrogen birth control and stop obsessing over it. A large % of women have that and go on having kids so I wouldn't even think about it. Now if you want to use it to reason to have more kids and convince yourself into having a larger family...that's another story but don't use your health conditions as the driver. The fact that people couldn't get pregnant again might not have anything to do with endo but age, quality of eggs etc....Please, please, please whoever is reading my note and has endo: educate yourself with real scientific data on this subject so you worry less.

I had endometriosis when I was only 16. I wasn't supposed to have any babies. I had one when I was 24 and didn't try again until I was 36. I got pregnant with twins at 37. I like your attitude of just letting it happen as it will. That's the best way... don't let the doctors mess with your head.

It amazes me the life they have with the new house and all the trips they take and their income is from making videos. Mind boggling. I'm not knocking them. I enjoy watching them and Tanner's family. I wonder how long they can live like this.

Those are my exact thoughts too. Cuz I think vlogging eventually gets very stressful. I've already seen a few vloggers that talk about all the time they have to put into editing the videos. It sometimes takes a whole freaking day for one 12 minute video.

There are so many dangers involved with kids being exposed on social media . And more and more kids are now old enough to talk about how they hated it. Many parents are now not even putting kids pics on face book. And requesting relatives to please not post their childrem

I’ve heard that it takes a woman’s body about a year to heal from creating a little human. I find it very very rude that people talk to strangers like that. Sunny and Jack are cute little lovelies and she’s a human woman…. Not a baby machine. I’m sorry people bother you guys about that. It’s so inappropriate to me. You’re vlogs make me happy… you guys are the happiest people I’ve ever really seen. It’s really amazing to see. Thanks for being you ✌🏻 And your babies are the happiest little things I’ve ever seen! 🤍🩵🤍🩵

I love these kids so much. Their children are absolutely beautiful. I had my first child at age 19 which was a girl 20 months later I had my son. Than came my 2nd daughter. It was the best thing I could have ever done. I’m know going to be 76 next month and I have the best kids ever. My advise to you both have your # now. It’s like growing up with them. The best part is they have all given me a total 7 beautiful grandchildren. 5 girls and 2 boy. Go 3!!!! Love Shawn Seamans ♥️♥️♥️♥️

You two are already so blessed to have 2 beautiful children. Some people can't have any children. I think you have the right attitude Sarah to take the time you need for your body to get healthy before trying to have another baby, and if you can great if you can't you still have 2 beautiful children.

I was 9 mos postpartum from my second child & was reaching for a box on a high closet shelf, when my spine cracked all the way up! I didn't even know that my body was still out of alignment but felt so much better after, so no, you have a while before you're post-postpartum! (Oh, btw, I was 5 mos postpartum the first time when I learned I was pregnant again! hahaha) God is blessing you! And so am I!

I take glucosamine & turmeric for my knees. I have torn meniscus & arthritis in both. Only way to keep them from being stiff or hurting. Is the supplements. It always got on my nerves when people asked me when you going to have babies? I’d just say when I get ready. Just because I’m married doesn’t mean I have to start popping babies out. 🙄

I was just diagnosed with endometriosis, I'm 27 and have 3 little boys. It took us over a year to get pregnant every time. And sadly i thought my pain was "normal" and dealt with it for so long. But thankfully i was able to have my boys! Theyre all close to 3 years apart. And i LOVE that age gap. ☺️

I have lash extensions. It makes all the difference in the world! I used to be able to do my own lash strips, but now that I'm getting up in the years, I cannot see like I used to. It's so much easier, looks better and lasts longer having a lash pro do it for me!! I'm so sorry you are having to deal with endometriosis! I had endo really, really bad, and was never able to get pregnant at all. You are truly blessed to already have 2 beautiful babies! If the time comes that you decide to try to have more kids, good luck!

Gah! I can’t imagine having kids that close together. I think you have the right idea; acting as if the endometriosis isn’t a factor & what’s meant to be will be will be. (Course that will go out the door if your pain gets bad enough from it.) I can’t believe people are asking you when you’re going to get pregnant again when Sunny’s only 5 months tho. 😮 She reminds me so much of my now 17yo; hair, eyes, happy mood, high pain tolerance, (which means no fear about most activities,) super chill, extremely social (that turned into major FOMO)…

Hugs ❤

(From a person with endo) Remember that you can always get another excision surgery in a few years right before you want to try again, and the odds that your fertility comes back up immediately after is very high. So don't stress if you want to wait for a while! It's so important not to feel pressured!

Having two children is wonderful. Your family is beautiful and complete as it is. Another child is your personal choice, however, I hope you both realize the impact over population is having and continues to have. I think it is an important consideration in choosing to have children and to have more children.

My boyfriend is a psychiatrist and suspects Derik seeks attention by injuring himself. It stems from his childhood trauma/memory of falling off a cliff at a young age. As a result, he loves seeking an incredible amount of attention by injuring himself!
