What a lovely practice, I'm adding this to my toolkit in my journey of emotional awareness. I often feel overwhelmed so setting a ritual or trigger to sit up taller and open up when that happens seems like a good step forward

Wishing you the best as you fill your toolbox 💜 Depending on what version of overwhelm you're feeling in the moment - tretching upward is great when you're feeling foggy/weighed down while cocooning inward (giving yourself a hug) is perfect for when you're feeling more frazzled/anxious.
