Taku, I have learned so much from your videos. It was your knife sharpening video that inspired me to start really getting into cooking. I saw the precision that you had when cutting your meats and had to start learning how to do it myself. I have started just fishing trout at my local lakes but I plan to start fishing all different kinds of things in the future. Thank you
