Mike, I too suffered head stuffiness and cold like symptoms once cold weather sets in. And then while doing some maintenance in my basement, I noticed that there was a flexible duct/hose from my furnace to my bedroom. This duct is the closest to the furnace and the register end is only 4 feet from my head while sleeping, but not in line with me. I took the duct out and noticed that whoever installed it 35 years prior, did it wrong and there was loose insulation that was getting blown into my bedroom. This is microscopic so you can’t see it. I ended up removing the duct and have no heat going into my bedroom now. What a difference! No issues with my health, feel better, and the temp is only a few degrees cooler than the rest of the house!

Mussels stiffness can be dehydration related. Winter heat is known to lower humidity levels in home to very dry conditions causing discomfort, like dry skin, chaped lips, breathing issues. Most people can't sleep if it is hot, toss and turn and get sore neck. 70% of Americans are chronically dehydrated and don't realize it. Males should drink over a gallon of pure water a day and more than that to offset a poor diet like sugar and coffee or soda. Water fixed a lot of my body aches and joint pains.

Totally agree about considering addressing air quality as it is overlooked too often. I’ve purchased a few standalone air filters (Blueair) for our bedrooms. They have carbon filters which capture numerous pollutants including smoke (I.e., wildfires). I chose this brand based on Consumer Reports but you may find another one. Good Luck!

@@roberthughes2665 Yes, they’re also good and probably can find more saw log size trunks, but the locusts on our farm have major thorns. Like 6-10”(15-25 cm). Delaware Valley schools went from 2hr delay to 3hr delay as they had bus starting issues. My son school and many others in Hudson Valley NY had no delay. I say that to Fleet practice issue. I was looking forward to seeing you work in the woods felling trees and such all winter but if you avoid the mud at all cost and 20 degrees is too cold then I guess it wont happen
@lonniechartrand5 сағат бұрын
Just curious as to whether or not you cut wood in the winter time, and when it is muddy? If so, is your ground flat? I am limited to cutting when there is snow on the ground, or if it is muddy, due to not being able to get equipment back into my woods, without the threat of damage, to either my equipment, or my land. Personally, I find it rather unsafe to cut when it is muddy out, especially on my hilly terrain. And since I don't HAVE TO CUT FOR ANY REASON, then I don't. If YOU do winter time cutting, I would like to know how you get around?
@junkersish5 сағат бұрын
@@lonniechartrand ground is flat, I avoid the muddy parts in the fall and wait til they freeze over. Snow is great for skidding and save your saw chain dulling from hitting the dirt when cutting.I quit when there is a foot of snow on the ground.

And the shooting , we were watching the kid walking around , crawling up un the building with gear, but nothing was supposedly seen by the best protection in the world. But yet the audience watched it all happen , and even pointed it out to the guards , and police , and it still happened. So that is why we haven't herd anything , they don't know what to say. I put this in a dark place, but it Must be 'burped' daily, after about a week strain it so just honey remains, have 1 tablespoon full in morning on empty stomach, wait 15 min or so, then have breakfast. After maybe 3-5 days you won't get the sniffles anymore, at least I don't. Also -10F in Milwaukee, Wi this morning, coming your way, enjoy it lol.
