I have been doing this 2-3 times a week for 2 years. It's always a challenge which, to me, means it's essential. My lower back and hip pain have gone. Thanks Jessica.

For me, it’s been one year, sometimes I do these 6 times per week. And YES, my outer thighs have slimmed down, legs are leaner and sacrum pain is controlled. Hip area is noticeably stronger. (You will have to do additional exercises for the inner thigh area though. She has a different video for that.)

Personally, I like your talking and explaining. I'm somewhat new to Pilates, and I find the explanations and modifications for different levels very helpful. So many of the videos I've checked out don't really tell you much about form, etc. I find myself trying to copy them and get frustrated when I can't do what they're doing. I really appreciate the details about form, Jessica, because then I know that I'm working my body correctly. Thank you! :)

This work out is excellent. I have done it 10 times now in 2 weeks and I cannot believe how strong and toned I am getting. It feels so good to do, too.

7:04 no! Your explaining is amazing… I could only do your videos cause every other instructor assumes we already know these things and yet as a beginner… I have no way of knowing I don’t have to go as far as them… or it’s not good when your hips start to move backwards… thank you!!!

I’ve been doing this video for about 2 years now. I really enjoy it. In the last month or so, there’s suddenly 2 ad breaks during the workout. It’s no good being interrupted whilst mid-action 😅. I understand that’s how content developers make money, but I’m writing this in case Jessica can change the video back to ads before and after.

Jessica, thank you for this excellent video. With an SI joint issue, no one has mentioned this being an exercise to help the area. Also, please do not quit talking - your instruction and information on each video is what draws me to your wonderful classes. I love to learn how the body works, correct ways to do each exercise and what muscles, etc. we are working. The proper way to move the body correctly is the only way to improve any issue. Cheers! Keep up the terrific work!

Outer thigh workout is great workout for people with Endometriosis. It has help me during my hormonal period to strengthen my in leg u feel so much better.

I dont know how to incorporate your videos in my routine. Are they considered liss or hitt? And I also know you train for half and hour. Should I do this twice or look for another exercise of yours?

I'm flat footed on my left leg and it affects my workouts because I can't point or flex my foot properly. Do you have any suggestions to fix the problem? Btw I love you and your workouts keep doing it 😄
