Ωραίες οι ασκήσεις όταν μπορείς να δεις όλη την κίνηση . Με τους υπότιτλους αντί να δω Κάλλας την κίνηση των ποδιών και του πέλματος βλέπω την ερμηνεία. Ενοχλητικό πολύ.😊

Thank you for your feedback! I understand that having subtitles can be distracting, but they can also be helpful for those who may have difficulty understanding the movements without them.
