Ingredients for green & clean smoothie
2-3 leaves of collard greens or green of your choice handful parsley
Handful of walnut 1 tsp hempseed
Pinch nutmeg 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tbsp ginger 1/2 mango ripe and peeled 1 sliced avocado if using blender add 1 cup coconut water/ mineral water, add all ingredients in a blender blend until smooth drink on an empty stomach. For juicing double ingredients
