Thank you for doing this review. Overboss has been on my buy list and taken off more times then any other game. I love Boss Monster and the game looks cool, but once I walk away from the game long enough I think "I wont play that game". But I watch a review like this and think "maybe I will like it".... I just need to get played so I truly know, but I don't know anyone who owns it. .....Maybe I need a play through to truly decide - Daniel

@@BadatBoardgames I think it might be the cover that turns me off. I get what look they were going for but the cover feels so basic and plain

@@AroundtheBoardShow I feel ya. As I mentioned it is not something I would have bought if my son had not played it with my friends. They all liked it and my 18y/o son definitely wanted it. Don’t feel bad about not getting it not trying to create FOMO here. Decent game better than I expected but not something I have to play weekly either. Maybe that helps 😃

I like Cascadia (I like the peaceful feeling sometimes) and now I really want to try this one. Do you know if it plays solo?

It is 1-5 players but we have not played it at 1. I have played it at 2 and it is not as much fun vs 3 or 4 players. Probably because the tiles don’t cycle as much.
