I don’t usually have trouble falling or staying asleep but I wake up exhausted & fatigued like I didn’t sleep at all. Could you address this specific type of insomnia in detail and tips & advice specific to the issue? Thank you.

I have written before I wake up at 4am everyday and can’t go back to sleep I am 70yrs old you say we should visit a coach I live in a third world country and don’t have coaches.i have had this problem for over 10years please help me it is effecting my health.thank you.

Thank you for your video. I got psychosis with auditory hallucinations. And now I have developed insomnia. Everyday I can't sleep. Would cbt i work for me? I don't think professionals are trained in CBT I in my country. I'm helpless.
