I had severe insomnia for several months with difficulty falling asleep, and most days of no sleep at all. Now I can fall asleep but I can only stay asleep for an hour at a time.. I can fall back asleep again, but only for an hour, all night long.

So you are only getting 1 hour a night? I'm sorry to hear that.

Thank you but specifically What does bad quality sleep mean? Many doctors just express it as waking up many times at night or waking up too early on the morning but isn't more than that? How do your patients explain it? That's what i'm suffering from so please i need to know more about this.
