Use this ratio as a guide to create your ultimate overnight oats. Make 3 for meal prep. They're good for up to 3 days.
Ingredients:
½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup nondairy milk
Optional add-ins:
1/3 cup chopped fruit
Dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ cup yogurt

I use half a cup of oats, half a cup of almond milk and half a cup of lactose free Greek yogurt and mix as a base. Anything else is just extra.

Never had overnight oats, so I tried your recipe. I made mine with whey protein powder, bananas, pb powder, cinammon, nutmeg and monkfruit syrup. It was delicious. It's now one of my favorite meal preps.

I also add ground flax & hemp hearts. Coconut milk is yummy. Add a scoop of nut butter. The possibilities are endless!

Very good😊. I've never tried Chia seeds. This is great for a late morning meal. No guilt all delish.....this helps me eat less. Great for "movement" and feed your biome with naturally occurring prebiotics😊😊😊😊

It’s my favorite snack, I don’t add any sweetener because I change my toppings often. I like bananas and almond butter for dessert you Kiwi or dates for my breakfast. Yum

I also pulse the oats slightly in the food processor before mixing in my chia seeds and unsweetened almond milk. It’s absolutely decedent and the flavor profiles are endless!

I purchased some Strawberries. When I got them out to eat when I noticed they were going bad, so I sliced, cooked down, added chia seeds, and Stevia. Taste just like jam.

see she knows how to do it! not many ppl know maple syrup is like oatmeal’s gold , totally enhances its flavor ! i’m a sweet freeak soo i put brown sugar as well! but ofc i’m just crazy like that! also a dash of salt and yes cinnamon , i put cashew almond milk by silk and it’s way creamier ! bro you will never back

try, if u find, MELADO, is a sugar made from cana de açucar.. is really famous here in brasil. is brown e sweet.. the texture is similar to maple syrup. i always use in my overnight oats :)

I made overnight oats for 2 days straight. I flavored mines with chocolate. The first day was ok. It wasn't WOW, but I could work with it but today I'm over it. Life is just too short for a weird pudding imitation. 😂

Hot steel cut oats only. I make 5 days worth in my slow cooker, and refrigerate. Heat and eat with blueberries, etc. Yum

​@@Europa1749 I am roast my oats, moong dal, some veggies (like carrot, beans, peas) in ghee. Then I add spices like coriander seeds powder, cumin seeds powder and cinnamon powder . I put all this in my slow cooker overnight. Sometimes I make sweet one too.

I add 1 tablespoon PB, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder , choice of milk, chia seeds, flax seed powder , walnuts into quick oats.mix well and enjoy the next day. I dont like cold so i pop it in the microwave before eating and it taste so good
