Muslim journalist Mehdi Hasan, political editor of the Huffington Post, warns Anne-Marie Waters that her "astonishing claims" might endanger her future as a Labour Party candidate, but assured her "don't worry, the BNP will take you".
Hasan asks why, if Islam is "responsible for killing," such a tiny percentage of believers actually participate in violence. He asks the audience if they really believe that 1.6 billion people are all "followers, promoters and believers in a religion of violence".
Hasan urges them not to "fuel the arguments of the phobes and bigots and legitimise hate", but to "trust the Muslims that you know and that you hear."

The world is lucky that most Muslims will end up choosing common sense and human decency that exists in most people by default without requiring ANY religion to know that it's not right to inflict violence on others who believe differently. So luckily most Muslims end up ignoring or discarding huge portions of what the Quran says verbatim. If the majority of Muslims followed Islam very strictly as the Quran states word-for-word, then ALL Muslims will indeed be violent. But fortunately that isn't the case and that most Muslims choose common sense over what Islam teaches. Every person who is learned in Arabic knows that. You cannot simply interpret the text in the Quran and criticise it without learning Arabic, the interpretations would be way off. I'm going to be very honest...I'm not at all keen on the concept of religion but if it helps some people live their lives peacefully and without hindering or being nasty to others...good for them. Listening to this man debate, with a hell of a lot of charisma and common sense...It reinforces the fact that not all Muslims are extremists. Sure, I've heard things about the day to day life of Islam followers which I do not agree with (treatment of women for example), as is my right, however...plenty of other religions likely, have day to day rituals or practises which not everyone will agree with. Watching this debate definitely gave me something to think about and again, to be honest, the media and general gossip does often paint islam in a bad light...but it is not all Muslims who follow this extreme way of thinking.

Alah commands Muslims to violently subjugate the Jews and Christians thus refuting people who tell us that islam has nothing to do with violence INTERESTING Verses::::: Qu'ran 5:47 " Let the people of the GOSPEL judge by what ALAH hath reveald therein, if any do fail to judge by (the light of) what ALAH hath reveald, they are (no better than) those who rebel " So Qu'ran assumes that we have reliable scriptures. Of course, if we obey ALAH, and we judge by the GOSPEL, we have to judge that islam is false, because islam contradicts the GOSPEL. So Qu'ran Surah 4 verse 157 says "...they did not kill him (Jesus), nor they crucify him" And Qu'ran also say that Jesus didn't died for our sins, which means, that Qu'ran is telling lies about that.
