Ozempic Diabetes Injection or Weight Loss Miracle Expert Advice!

I have been a type 2 diabetic with heart disease. Also I weighed 255 lbs at my heaviest. I think my HGBA1C was 6.7. I started Ozempic which helped me with appetite control. Was able to lose 70 lbs over about a year’s time and I think my most recent HGBA1C was 5.2. There are GI side effects. I understand that I will probably always have to take Ozempic or I may regain the weight and the health problems would return.
