我们叫潺菜，放肉片和生咸蛋滚汤最好喝。比这普通鸡蛋要香好多。梅菜蒸猪肉，又放盐又放生抽太咸了，我们这些都不加，加白糖， 而且不用咸梅，用的是甜梅。

All these time I used sweet mooi choy. But yesterday I steamef with savoury mooi choy, it is a nice change too. Quite,a surprise it came out well in a steamed dish. No the little pinch of salt n soy sauce bri gs out the flavour. Try n believe it.
