My biggest motivation to quit is my girlfriend because the thought of enjoying porn more than being with her terrifies me. Last year I quit completley, and I went from being an antisocial dude with no friends or aspirations, and with major social anxiety, and now Im on a good career path, I have actual friends now and I met my current girlfriend who is amazing. Addictions like porn, videogames, etc in my personal experience are motivated by an empty void, a life that isn't compelling. It's so easy to just seclude yourself and engage in these things, it feels familiar and safe. However, it's anything but safe; you will pay dearly later on, whether that's through regret, opportunities wasted, etc. I wasn't really interested in pursuing a relationship enough to actually take action when I was watching prn. Pretty recently I broke the cycle of keeping to myself and doing what I've always done and I've gone a month without both porn and videogames and don't feel the need to return (I'll only play games socially now and then), something which would've been extremely unlikely had I not changed the way I was living. Point is, to stop these addictions, it helps more than anything to make your life worth living so you don't need to "live" and/or cope through videogames, porn, etc. If you don't change the way you're living and replace these habits with good ones, it'll be tough. Also, it helps to envision yourself years down the line and what you're life will look like if you don't change your ways, that scared the shit out of me so I recommend that as well.

Wet dreams are normal. They will happen on retention. It seems they happen more often for some people but it’s your bodies way of getting rid of the “excess” semen lol. It’s still beneficial to practice retention. I’d suggest you go back watch my ‘Wet Dreamz on NoFap’ video. I think it could help clarify more
