6 months ago my score was 2. Now it is 8. All due to the steps i took after attending the enlightening workshop by Satvic team. Also let losse 27 kgs of waste from my body by rectifying my food. Hail to the Satvic team. I can't thank you enough for changing my life. Now I am no longer that unhealthy Shivansh but someone who now inspires everyone around and people come to me for advice. Expressing in words will be a crime but I owe my life to Satvic team. And I will dedicate my whole life to this englightment movement !!!!!

Very nice . This score should be taught in every school and colleges and to our teachers fraternity. No one teaches this most important health score . Unfortunately most part of our current allopathic system is wrongly used as disease care system . There is less importance of health improvement . All citizens have become consumers and Pharma co are focusing on profit maximisation . Food processing co are working hand in glove and continually producing white sugar , Maida , refined oil , trans fat , junk food etc and feeding illness . Satvik movement is very very useful and beneficial movement and more and more people should join . Let this movement grow by day double and night Quadruple.🙏

Hi, I'm 47 yr old and I have many health issues due to wrong diagnosis and wrong medications. My score is 1/8. I want to attend your workshop but I'm working and don't get leave easily. I'm not eating junk food since a few months. After watching your videos, I made an effort for a few days having tender coconut, more veggies and fruits in my diet and my right shoulder pain got reduced. I'll start again. You should work on your health Health is most important You should start consuming a lot of raw fruits and vegetables and you have to moderately active daily Sedentary lifestyle is bad for our health. You should follow a vegetarian diet.if you're overweight drink honey in warm water in morning and if you're underweight drink honey with normal water. Every thing will be fine I'm telling you this because my score is 8 and if you have any disease you should cure it by ayurvedic treatment which is available on swami ramdev channel or rajiv dixit channel. Best of luck may God keep you as healthy as can.

Miss Subah ... I have been an ardent follower of Satvic moment.. I got a score of 6/8... I have a question that since i go gym and have to eat 5-6 times a day-to bulk which as per satvic system is wrong. How would i gain more muscle mass if i do not bulk up?? Ma'am I have watched many of your videos and heard from you that animal products are not good for humans. Although we are vegetarian but we used to have dairy products like milk, curd, paneer and after hearing you, we stopped consuming dairy and switched ourselves to plant based products and this went for about 8-9 months. The thing is, that my mother and I experienced severe health issue means we felt energy less and then we decided to have a full body checkup in which we got to know that we are suffering from low haemoglobin , vitamin D and B 12 after which doctor advised us to have milk and milk products and now we are again back to dairy. Could you please justify which I mentioned above? It would be of great help to us.

In spite of being vegetarian by birth and having dairy products, me and my friends are having the same deficiencies. Vit D & B12 are actually present in vegetables as well. B12 is supposed to be in the soil. But I heard that these days, because of over use of pesticides and all, it's reducing the healthy bacteria in food and a lot of vitamins. Hence all these deficiencies. We need to have more veggies and make sure we leave less and less carbon footprints.

Dekho vegetarian hone ke liye veg food se humein un sab nutrients ki zaroorat hai jo non veg se milte hain. Usi tarah vegan hone ke liye bhi sabhi nutrients chahiye. So make sure ki aapko sare nutrients mil rahe hain ya nahi. Nahi to deficiency ho hi jayegi na. Maine bhi dairy products chhodkar dekhe par main khud ke liye ache alternative jama nahi kar payi. Isliye wapis vegetarian ho gayi.

@@harikasuri I take 1 Tab Vitamin D 5000iu in Morning and 1 Tab B 12 in evening and it works for me. You need B 12 for the Brain forget the Dairy she is right it is Poison. Watch Doctor Greger HOW NOT TO DIET( down load free PDF Book) He agrees with the young Lady

@@davidoneill9442 thank you. If you notice, I'm not saying diary is good either. I said, just because we have milk doesn't mean we'll not have any deficiencies... we need to have more fruits and veggies like Satvic Movement suggests. However, we need to cultivate the soil as well... Read about Save the Soil project. Thanks for the info about how not to diet. Will check that out.
