Hello, this does not work in Win11. I am able to install the drivers in device manager as you show with the file you link to. However, when I open the app I still get the message, Device drivers are not installed. Please help.

Any Idea. In mine just show up. DME and EGS allow to read and see parameter but The rest of modules. Not found said Message. I try to figure out whats wrong. I couldn't find anything. Any help i will preciate .

good tutorial video just a question on LCM ..my live data is blanked out but before I was able to untick tail lights because I fitter LED ..I think there is a factory restore on LCM ..would this restore back to original

Recoding would restore it to the original settings (but NCS would be a tool for that). Another viewer mentioned that he had considerably less options since his LCM module was older, so that can also be a factor.

Hi! I have a bulb light on my dash after installing a set of DEPO angel eye headlights on my 99 320i E46, the lights work fine tho, can I clear that code with this?

You can clear the code... but it will either immediately come back, or the next time you turn on the lights. Original Hella lights use 10W bulb, I guess Depo uses something else. Personally, I would avoid any non-OEM headlights at all costs.

@@ProperRepair Thanks! Actually I managed to clear the code, turns out it was the sidelights, the new headlamps do not have a sidelight so if I don't connect a bulb then it will trigger the light. I still purchased my scanner to play with it! Thanks again!

There is no setting for that, as far as I know.

That is weird... maybe there is a compatibility issue with your particular module, but I couldn't say for sure.

I don't know that seller. But this cable is most commonly sold as "PAsoft 1.4 cable" or "BMW Scanner cable".

Hi can this scan 1991 bmw m50 engine? My port is the round type OBD2, can the cable support?

BMW Scanner works only with its specific cable, which is OBD-2 (round type is OBD-1). Even if using an adapter, I doubt it would work.

Not sure about the DRL, but I believe you would need a different switch anyway (the one with the "A" option to the left of "0"). As for US blinkers, you can do that, but in my experience the effect was that they get "shorted" to brake lights. This means that all the yellow indicator bulbs also turn on when you hit the brake pedal.

What do you do when you execute the program and you get "Error - Hardware Faulty" when opening up the program like you did before plugging into the vehicle?

Assuming you have the correct cable and it is not faulty... the best advice I can give is to google the error and try what people on forums suggest. Personally, I've never seen this error.

You need to plug the cable into your laptop, even if you haven't plugged the the other end into the car's OBD2 port.

I didn't try. But you can normally just push and hold the BC button until the PROG1 appears, then set the desirable infos on the MID/NAVI unit.

I've just tried the link and it still works for me. Try copy-pasting the URL, using a different browser and/or turning off the AdBlock (if installed).

I believe they all do, and driver installation is easier. They are just not supported anymore.

It's made for XP. But NEVER connect windows xp or 7 etc to the internet. No support and very likely to get viruses.

It could be that your module is older (or replaced in the past from an older car). Which year and model is your car?

I'm not entirely sure, but check "ZKE - Central Body Electronic" under "Antitheft system (DWA)", section "Acknowledgement". If "Disarming - optical" is not checked, enable it and see if that does the trick.
