100%. it's hard to change bad habits, especially when you're brought up in a family with no understanding of good nutrition (which is most families). ALL cravings revolve around 3 things : bad fats, and excessive salt and sugar. gradually reduce those cravings by re-conditioning your body, and eventually you'll crave exactly nothing - ever, and previously 'bland' food won't taste bland anymore.
