Hello, I’m 55 and practicing six days a week for years. I’ve been checking out a lot of youtube instructors, and settled with you lately. I absolutely LOVE your style, it’s a perfect fit for me. It feels doable with just enough rests while doing it, and I always feel well worked out and energized afterwards. Currently i’m going through the strength and flexibility challenge for the third time, this time repeating a class for a week before going on. It makes wonders to me! My mother is 85 and wants to do some chair yoga, do you have plans to release short, easy sessions for the elderly? Thanks for making your videos available! 🕉️
