In Pakistan we play a game called *Dodge The Ball* in which we have 2 teams. One team is inside the circle and the other is on the 2 sides outside circle. The team outside the circle hits the team inside the circle with the tennis ball and the inside the circle runs here and there to save themselves but they can't go outside the circle if they go they are considered *out* and which ever player has been hit go outside the circle and is considered *out* when the whole team inside the circle is out the team outside the circle comes in and the game continues.

A tennis ball, pitched baseball, or any other kind of propelled object loses speed as soon as its initial means of propulsion is gone. The only exception would be if it is in a vacuum, or the object has minimal propulsion, falls, and is accelerating due to gravity. A tennis ball is struck 5 feet off the ground. The speed of the ball as it leaves the racket is 100 mph. The ball reaches the opponent and is five feet off the ground. The speed of the ball is always going to be less than 100 mph unless the game is played in a typhoon.

Annoying video. There's no need to keep flashing back to the super stiff robotic chick. While some might be attracted to her botox grandma look, not everyone is into that. As a compromise, she should do the introduction in front of the camera at the start of the video, let the clips play, then do her commentary from behind the scenes.
