Great video! Hey Dan I was told I had 2 disk bulging and pinched nerves etc etc on my right side of my back. I couldnt even lift my tooth brush it hurt os much. I took it to the test weeks later after I got fed up. I went to the gym and out of fear and anger I blanked out my emotions, went straight to the weights, and lifted like I never lifted before. Very heavy. I do not recommend it to people lol but I did what I had to do to prove that lifting a 45lb dumbell 10 times with no pain is alot harder than lifting a tooth brush while giving you pain!! Pain vanished in 2 weeks complete while still going to the gym. Now I can lift up my toothbrush no problem lol

Fellow Trojan here. Found this very helpful. Spent my freshman/sophomore years going down the medical loophole and was in a state of extreme fear from an unfortunate string of injuries to my lower back, TMJ, shoulders, hip, and long covid heart/lung issues. Real injuries that are now stable but still causing pain. Lost a lot and couldn't pursue my major the way I wanted to for two years. I'm thankfully the best I have been in a while now that I've and figured out that OCD was actually manipulating the placement of symptoms and magnifying them, plus there's really nothing to be worried about. Will keep at this process of active healing.

Amazing work Danny! You have such a bright future ahead! Thankyou for sharing your story! Dan I have one question: I have noticed a lot of the people who have recovered from CFS were fortunate enough to have family/partner support so that they could take recovery at the pace their brain needed. This meant that when they were expanding their window with activities and experienced a flare up of symptoms/post exertional malaise they could respond by relaxing and either rest or engage in enjoyable activities. Those of us not in that position, that have to work to get by, have to keep going despite high symptoms and this sometimes can further stress the nervous system and keeps us in a push crash cycle. Also having an understanding family/partner who can support financially sends a strong message of safety! Do you have any advice for those of us with less social support. I keep visualising things going well and telling myself that I’m okay and I can manage my work responsibilities despite high fatigue and I always try to make sure I’m doing fun things along the way.

The law is clear with regards to medicine. Doctors can only practice what they were taught in medical school & approved the CDC & FDA. It's called "standard of care". If they want to keep their medical license & be paid by an insurance company, they must adhere to practicing "the standards of care".
@mkykta914017 күн бұрын
The "standard of care" is not designed to address mind body, TMS, etc. That is why we should continue to listen to Dan.

Hi Dan, I would very much like to see some healing videos from elderly patients. So many are from people in their thirties and forties, or younger. People in their sixties and seventies would also benefit from healing stories. Or are there none? x
@PainFreeYou18 күн бұрын
Scroll through, you will see some older people. This has nothing to do with age. All ages can heal. PainFreeYouSuccess.com
@kateking395318 күн бұрын
@@PainFreeYou I see a few people in their fifties, I don't see elderly people. I'm not disputing that all ages can heal, but it would be lovely to see some people in their sixties and seventies healing from things like Parkinsons or MS or 'serious' disease. Not fibro or chronc fatigue or 'moving' pains. If the theory is that anything can be healed, then diagnosed serious illness recovery would be good to see. xx
@PainFreeYou18 күн бұрын
@@kateking3953 I'm not claiming Parkinsons or MS can be healed with these methods. Until I see evidence otherwise, the scope of mindbody conditions does not include those diagnosis. "Serious" diseases require medical help. I'm not claiming my methods will cure anything. While I don't know their exact ages, it appears the success stories below are above 60 years old. Great success story! Dan- quick question- I am 4 months into my recovery and still struggling some. What would you suggest for stiffness in your muscles? I know it's TMS but I still have tight/painful upper-mid back muscles and would like to stretch. I realize this is not going to completely fix it, but may help. Any suggestions?
@PainFreeYou18 күн бұрын
Forget about the muscles. Trying to fix the muscles is teaching the brain your body is the problem. It's not. TMS means the brain is creating the symptoms. Pain and tightness. Teach the brain you are safe and when it gets the message, the pain and tension will go. DansFastStart.com PainFreeYouGroup.com - if you want more help.
